Highett Common is a landmark 9.3-hectare masterplanned precinct by Sunkin, designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke to deliver a sustainable, connected, nature-led community.

Designed to become the first Net Zero Community in Victoria, the medium-density project features a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, plus 3 and 4 bedroom multi-level townhomes with shared amenities for residents.

MCG Consult provides all civil and transport engineering across the precinct and staged buildings, enabling flood-resilient streets, integrated movement networks, and coordinated building interfaces supporting a walkable, high-amenity residential neighbourhood.
