With two decades of experience leading teams at global firms, Dara brings clarity to complexity, setting the standard for quality across the business and fostering an environment where the team is empowered to move confidently from concept to construction. His focus on collaboration, mentorship and technical excellence reflects a culture the whole team has built together.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find him at the farm with his family, making the most of the outdoors and swapping site boots for gumboots.
Calum leads MCG Consult’s civil delivery team, combining technical direction, commercial oversight and project leadership to drive strong outcomes for clients.
Maintaining trusted relationships with clients, architects, builders and authorities, Calum brings structure and focus to everything he does from feasibility through to construction completion. A natural mentor, he plays a key role in developing junior engineers and shaping the team culture that defines MCG Consult.
Calum demonstrates thoughtful leadership in all his interactions, thriving when seeing solutions come to life through the successful completion of a project. In his downtime he’s a keen golfer, enjoys exploring Melbourne’s foodie scene, and is a loyal North Melbourne supporter.
Widely known for providing innovative and practical traffic and transport solutions, Neale leads the team with a focus on technical direction, mentoring, and growth.
As Transport Group leader, Neale’s deep knowledge of transport planning and engineering includes strategy, policy, appraisal, design and implementation, overseeing the team at every stage. With experience across projects throughout Australia and the UK, Neale’s technical skills and leadership form an essential role at MCG Consult.
Neale’s calm demeanour and highly communicative working style position him as a highly respected leader, and he thrives in working hands-on with the team. Outside of work, Neale loves camping in country Victoria with his family.
Lisa leads HR, Finance, Office Management and Accreditation Management at MCG Consult, ensuring the business operations run smoothly while championing the wellbeing and culture of the team.
Highly experienced in stakeholder relations and operational management, Lisa’s attention to detail and action-oriented efficiency keep the business moving, while her empathetic and collaborative nature make her a trusted and valued leader within the team.
When she’s not at work, Lisa loves spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and active, cooking, travel, and seeking out unique experiences across Melbourne.
Vinh leads project teams through the full lifecycle of complex civil engineering projects, from concept through to completion.
With a strong focus on collaboration, quality and client relationships, he brings both technical expertise and autonomous leadership to every project. Vinh is passionate about mentoring his teams and creating a positive, high-performing environment, playing a key role in shaping MCG Consult’s delivery culture.
Vinh enjoys spending time with his family, whether that’s dancing and singing with his daughter, or adventurous road trips exploring Melbourne.

With a career spanning Australia and the UK, Brad brings deep experience across a wide range of sectors and project scales. His commitment to precision, clear documentation and mentoring the next generation of designers makes him a central figure in MCG Consult’s design capability.
Away from the desk, Brad enjoys anything that gets him off a screen from going to gigs and catching live sport to getting his hands dirty in the garden. He’s also a keen online chess player, often starting the day early with a few games.
David provides strategic guidance across MCG Consult, supporting leadership, business growth and long-term direction.
With a career spanning construction, engineering and property development, David brings a wealth of experience across both project delivery and business leadership. He is passionate about empowering teams, strengthening performance and helping organisations navigate complex challenges.
He’s often off on an adventure, whether that’s by 4WD, boat or motorbike.
Eliza drives the planning, design and delivery of civil engineering projects across all phases, with particular strength in stormwater, WSUD integration and multidisciplinary coordination.
Working closely alongside clients, contractors and authorities, she delivers considered technical outcomes with a focus on drainage design and hydrological modelling. Eliza is instrumental in fostering collaboration across project teams and mentoring junior engineers in their development, playing a key role in building capability within the civil group.
Passionate about interior design and renovations, Eliza is happiest when spending time with family and friends.
